Hydrocarbon Cleanups

GK offers a comprehensive clean up service which can either be used as a once-off deep clean or on a routine contractual basis.

Our cleanup teams are highly trained and experienced and bring with them all the necessary equipment and materials needed to complete the works. This includes pressure washer, water bowser, portableoil/water separator, all brooms, spades etc as well as absorbent material, degreaser and, where necessary, remediation products.

This service is particularly useful in environments with regular and serious spillage such as heavy machinery workshops, standing areas and washbays. We can either carry out a once off deep clean which can then be easily maintained or schedule regular cleanups for departments where manpower cannot be sacrificed from production to do proper hydrocarbon cleaning. As our teams operate on a flexible basis, we are able to come out for the agreed number of day/s but at times when contamination may be very high (e.g. after a large spill or ahead of an audit) if 48 hours notice is given.

The use of the clean up service reduces the amount of absorbent and degreaser required by the customer and we also include appropriate training for all staff involved in spill cleanup in between our visits.
